Home Gym-Denise Austin Bootcamp

So, the next entry into my series of a "home gym" experience is a DVD by Denise Austin, called, Denise Austin Bootcamp-Total Body Blast.

I purchased this for $8.99 from The description supplied by Amazon is:

Let me start with this blatant truth, I hated this dvd. I don't know if it was Denise Austin's incessant chatter and excitement, or the fact that it reminded me of a difficult Sweatin' to the Oldies. I like to consider myself a decently rhythmed person, but I couldn't keep up with these ridicolous moves.

Ease of use: 2 out of 5 dumbells
Sweat factor: 3 out of 5 dumbells *most of it came from frustration*
Host factor: 0 out of 5 dumbells
Price: 5 out of 5 dumbells
Effectiveness: I don't know, I don't plan on ever using it again lol

I have the Yoga Booty Ballet DVDS and I can't stand them b/c one of the girls looks alien-ish and it's soo distracting so it's in my pile of workout DVDs that I don't use.
When I'm not lazy I do like the 10 Minute Pilates. I have a short attention span so the 10 min. segments are good for me.
