Tip Thursday: Timer Time

   I have some serious issues remembering the simplest things.  I started a new vitamin regimen and I have to take them at specific times.  I can't tell you how many days I walked around with the little packet of vitamins in my purse because I kept forgetting to take them.  Finally, I set the alarms on my iPhone to remember and voila! I've been through three packets of vitamins in three days.

Common sense I know, but it helped me out big time!
